Welcome to Camping North Wind in Domaso on beautiful Lake Como, an eco-friendly retreat where nature meets comfort and sustainability.
We are Daniele and Marco, brothers and managers of this corner of paradise, supported by our trusted collaborator Diego and our father Giovanni, who has been doing this work since 1963. Completing the team with her valuable support is our mother Irene.

Clean Energy
We have equipped the campground with solar panels that generate hot water for our bathrooms, thus reducing electricity use and decreasing our environmental impact.
The 5 photovoltaic systems installed produce as much as 35Kw of electricity during the day with zero impact.
Sustainability is a cornerstone of the way we operate and we are committed to continually improving our practices to minimize our carbon footprint.
Respectfully managed water resources
Water is a precious resource and we treat it with the utmost respect. Thanks to a modern plant inaugurated in 2024, we are able to extract water directly from the water table, thus offering our guests clean, fresh water without unnecessary waste.
The water that is extracted is constantly monitored and analyzed both chemically and microbiologically.
This system also allows us to be self-sufficient and to guarantee water availability at all times, even during the busiest periods.
Waste reduction
For us, waste reduction is paramount. We avoid using paper whenever possible, and when necessary, we use only recycled paper. From digital check-in to information about camp services available online, everything is designed to minimize the use of materials that can harm the environment.
A family campground
Camping North Wind in Domaso is young and dynamic, just like us. It is run with passion and dedication by the Ravelli family, with the indispensable help of Diego, a young and motivated guy who takes care of all the camping tasks.
Our team is always ready to welcome you with a smile and make you feel at home.
A unique experience on Lake Como
Located by the lake, the campground offers direct access to the beach, allowing you to enjoy the beautiful views of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains every day.
The location is ideal for those seeking relaxation but also for those who want to explore the surrounding area, with supermarkets, stores and essential services all within walking distance.
Water sports
For sports and adventure lovers, our beach is home to the "Soul Surfers" Windsurfing School. Whether you are a beginner or an expert, you can learn, rent and practice Windsurfing, SUP, Canoe and Wing Foil. The team of qualified instructors (from Luisa's school to mention) will accompany you every step of the way, ensuring safety and fun for the whole family.
